Shipping

All orders are fulfilled from our USA warehouse. We ship worldwide.

Domestic orders (within the US) are shipped using the US Postal Service Priority and packages can be expected to arrive within 3-5 days from the date of purchase.

International orders can be expected to arrive within 7-21 days from the date of purchase. Depending on where you are in the world, it may take longer.

Express delivery methods are also available for domestic and international orders. If you wish to pay to upgrade your shipping and you do not see the rates at checkout please contact us to do so.

Tracking information is provided with each order once the item has marked shipped.

For standard shipping we use the cheapest shipping method available.

For shipments outside the USA, orders will be shipped using the US Postal Service Priority Mail International service, who will coordinate with another courier for delivery within your country. Your shipment should arrive within 7 to 21 business days, not including the time it takes your country's customs and postal services to release the shipment. You are responsible for payment of your country's custom fees.

 

Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 90 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging that was provided.

If 90 days have passed since your purchase date, and you still wish to return your item(s), you will be charged a 50% restocking fee. This means you will only be refunded half the price you paid initially.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift Cards 
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturer defect.

Sale/discounted items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale/discounted items cannot be refunded.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Please inspect your jewellery and accessories thoroughly for manufacture or visual defects* upon delivery, before you remove any protective covers, wear it or discard the packaging materials. This applies to bracelets, necklaces, earrings, sets, and any other accessories. Removing protective material or wearing an item may prevent us from accepting a return. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

*We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturer defect.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shevjewels@gmail.com and send your item to: 9909 Canoga Ave. Suite J, Chatsworth California, USA 91311.

Exchange of products depends on availability of stock.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, a gift credit will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be informed about the return.

Fees

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you are exchanging an item due to manufacturer defects, then we will bear the cost of return shipping.
